This website presents Starla, Acoma and Bluefield and connects you to the host and our booking providers. Website hosting and booking services process the technical information needed to display pages, protect their services and handle your requests.

Optional website measurement

If you choose Allow measurement, we use Google Analytics to understand page visits, referring campaigns and interactions. It may use cookies and technical details about your browser and device. We do not send names, email addresses, payment details or messages as part of our website measurement. Google advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled in our website tag.

Our website measurement tag is not loaded until you allow it. You can change your choice with the Cookie choices button at any time. Your preference is remembered on this browser for up to 180 days. Declining does not prevent you from browsing or making a booking request.

Booking and contact information

Our embedded calendar and checkout are provided by Hospitable. When you use them, Hospitable processes availability searches, booking details and any information you provide under its own privacy and cookie practices. Its booking flow is configured to report booking-funnel events to our Google Analytics property, such as quotes, checkout starts and completed bookings. A quote or checkout visit does not itself mean a confirmed reservation.

Airbnb and Vrbo links open those providers and their own policies apply. Emailing the host shares the details you include so we can respond; please do not send payment-card information or medical details by email.

Optional reservation matching

If you arrive through an ad, you may choose an optional matching step on a home’s page. With your separate consent, we process your booking email and intended check-in and check-out dates to match that home and stay to a confirmed Direct reservation. Skipping this step does not affect availability, prices or your ability to book. Saving these details does not make a reservation and does not sign you up for marketing.

Your email is converted on our server into a secret-keyed matching value. We do not save the original email in this matching database or place it in website addresses, analytics events or browser storage. Matching records are private to the site owner. We keep the home, dates, consent record and ad reference with that matching value. The booking provider separately holds the information needed to manage your reservation.

After you allow website measurement or explicitly consent to matching, a first-party cookie can preserve the ad reference for up to 90 days. Matching records expire within 90 days of that capture and immediately become unavailable for matching; expired records are deleted on the next matching-service maintenance request. A receipt cookie lets you withdraw the most recently saved matching record from this browser.

Only after an exact match and verification of a confirmed booking may we send Google the original ad click identifier, reservation reference, confirmation time, booking value and currency for advertising measurement. We do not send your email, its matching value or your stay dates to Google through this process. We do not enable personalized advertising or enhanced conversions with your email.

You can use Withdraw matching consent after saving, or contact bluefieldavenuehome@gmail.com to request removal. Changing Cookie choices stops future ad-reference capture; contact us to remove a matching record saved on another visit or to address measurement already reported to Google. We honor Global Privacy Control by not offering or recording this optional matching.
